Allison Wither and her co-writer Laura Piccinin were hired by St.Lawrence College to write a brand new musical on their students. They worked with 12 amazing performers, and one hell of a creative team. Thank you to Jennifer Stewart and Aaron Eyre!
Apothecary is a mystical musical, where women from any time period can come into the Apothecary to deal with their health problems. Almost to show that although time has changed, women’s problem remain the same.
Since the 45 minutes workshop with the students had amazing audience reception. Allison and Laura are currently working on making it a full length musical. You can now listen to three of the songs from the musical in Allison’s Listen page.
